Learn Chen
Style Taiji quan (Tai Chi) in a wonderful mountain area from teachers, who trained in Chenjiagou, the origin of the world
famous Chen Style Taiji quan. Of course our instructors have a lot of teaching
experience and speak Chinese and English language. Chen Style Taiji quan
encompasses internal forms, weapons and fighting elements.
This unique
Chinese Martial Arts program is designed to immerse participants in Chen Style
Taiji quan. The trainer themselves trained many years in Chenjiagou, a small
city in Henan province, the origin of Chen Style Taiji quan, so a wide range of Tai Chi forms and weapons
are offered.
Practicing Chen Style Taiji quan develops physical and mental fitness, mental concentration, your Qi and good health. In order to cultivate strong Qi, you need to have strong leg muscles, as they are the pillars of your body. The firmer the foundation, the stronger will be the force that you can exert.
In addition, practicing Taiji quan improves coordination, balance, strength, and self-defense skills.

Internal Development
|
Qi, also commonly spelled Chi is a fundamental concept of traditional Chinese culture. Qi is believed to be part of everything that exists, as in life force or spiritual energy.
Your Qi is developed through regular practice. Step by step your Qi will gradually build up. There are further stages you need to progress through before you can even think of mastering your Qi. As our masters often advise us, you need to practice seriously and very hard in order to break through the different stages.
The specific development of the mind in using it to control the body is essential to Taiji quan. This is important in that you have control over your body just by using your mind's intent.
